Real Estate PA – Walsall A small but well-run law firm in Walsall is seeking a Commercial Property PA to join its growing Commercial Property department. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with experience in commercial property law, legal administration, or legal secretarial work to become part of a focused and expanding legal team. Due to internal promotion and departmental growth, the firm is looking to strengthen its support function to ensure continued efficiency and high standards of client service. About the Commercial Property Team The department currently consists of two team members, with further expansion planned. The existing legal assistant is progressing into a more senior fee-earning role, creating a new opportunity for an organised and proactive legal support professional. This is a small but ambitious team environment where the successful candidate will work closely with fee earners, lender clients and third parties, providing essential administrative and document management support. The role will directly support the Senior Partner and play a key role in the continued development of the department. Key Responsibilities Support for the Real Estate Finance Team Acting as a key point of contact between the real estate team, lender clients and third parties Providing quotes to lender clients Managing spreadsheets and preparing weekly updates for lender clients Opening files and sending undertaking requests and solicitor instructions to borrowers’ solicitors Managing document execution processes, including DocuSign and coordinating signed documents Handling post-completion matters, including registering charges at Companies House and liaising with the post-completion HMLR registration team Providing administrative support throughout short-term bridging finance transactions Assisting with general commercial conveyancing support and property portfolio management Supporting onboarding and compliance procedures, including AML and client due diligence administration Support for the Senior Partner Managing diary coordination and day-to-day organisation Coordinating invitations and logistics for corporate events and client hospitality Ensuring guests attending events have all relevant information and arrangements in place Taking minutes at meetings and assisting with follow-up actions About You As the successful Commercial Property PA, you will have: Previous experience within Commercial Property or Real Estate Finance Experience in a legal secretary, PA or paralegal support role Strong organisational and document management skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy The ability to prioritise and manage administrative tasks efficiently A professional and proactive approach when dealing with clients and third parties Experience handling compliance processes, onboarding or post-completion matters would be advantageous Why Apply?
