Role Insight
Following significant growth, we are recruiting for an experienced People & HR Coordinator to take ownership of key HR processes across the business to include recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management across multiple sites, including Northampton and Milton Keynes.
This is a key role within our team, and we are looking for someone who will actively embrace and embody our values and culture in everything they do.
We are looking for a proactive and organised individual who can operate with a high level of independence, supporting managers and employees while ensuring HR processes are efficient, compliant, and well-structured.
You will be supported by external HR and legal advisors (Citation), providing access to expert guidance and resources where required.
Role Details
Working Hours: Flexible Part-time | 25 hours per week (flexible working hours, to be agreed with the successful candidate).
Location: Head Office - Northampton NN1
