Role Description
This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Technical Sales Engineer based in Ebbw Vale, with the flexibility to work from home as needed. Responsibilities include supporting technical sales processes, providing product expertise, and developing tailored solutions for clients. The role involves communication with customers, analyzing technical requirements, drafting proposals, document creation, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales goals.
Qualifications
* Experience in Technical Sales and strong knowledge of Sales Engineering principles
* Proven ability to provide exceptional Technical Support and address customer requirements effectively
* Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to a non‑technical audience
* Experience in Sales and building strong customer relationships
* Proficiency in problem‑solving and team collaboration
* Qualifications in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred
* Knowledge and experience in maritime/navigation industry are a plus
