Property Litigation Solicitor/Associate - Lancashire - Up to £80,000

The Property Litigation team is recognised for its technical expertise and high‑quality commercial advice in resolving complex land and property disputes on behalf of commercial clients and private individuals.
The team advises on a full spectrum of contentious property matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, real estate litigation, property contract claims and professional negligence claims involving property professionals. Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s commercial offering, it is now seeking to appoint an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to work alongside existing partners, driving a resilient and varied legal practice.
The ideal candidate will have wide‑ranging experience, including landlord and tenant matters, dilapidations, break clauses, forfeiture real property disputes including restrictive covenants, easements, rights of light, trespass and possession and contractual and negligence disputes.

Qualifications
* Property Litigation Solicitor/Associate with 4+ years’ PQE or equivalent
* Strong commercial property litigation experience
* Experience handling a broad range of disputes, including property litigation matters, landlord and tenant issues and contractual disputes.
* Ability to prioritise effectively, work to deadlines/targets and manage a varied caseload
* An excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high quality work
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships
* A professional, polished approach when engaging with both individual and business clients
