Field Service Engineer - Full Time
Hours: 45 hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days
Salary: £28,782 per annum + bonus scheme
Location: Coatbridge, UK
We are seeking a candidate based within approximately 10 miles of the area, with the willingness to travel around the surrounding areas to service machines.
We pride ourselves on amazing our customers and colleagues. You will enjoy multitasking and using your initiative to ensure all of our photobooths, photo printing kiosks, and key machines are operational and visually appealing, turning first-time customers into lifelong clients.

Starting salary is £28,782. Upon successful completion of the probation period, you will be eligible for an uncapped monthly bonus, often around £400.

Key Responsibilities
* Replenish and restock machines
* Carry out preventative service visits within a designated territory
* Complete site surveys for new machine installations
* Clean machines to ensure they are in excellent condition for customers
* Perform cash removals and deposits
* Conduct repairs as part of ongoing maintenance
* Manage stock both on-site and in vehicles
* Support or cover for other field engineers during holidays
* Build strong relationships with colleagues and concession partners
* Maintain a professional appearance, wear the correct uniform and name badge, and ensure machines are left in better condition than found
