Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive
Location: Bournemouth
Experience: 3+ PQE
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Full Remuneration Package: £60,000-£80,000 DOE
A well-established and highly regarded South Coast firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its growing team in Bournemouth.

The Role
You will manage a broad and varied private client caseload, including:
* Wills and estate planning
* Estate administration
* Trusts and tax planning
* Lasting Powers of Attorney
The role offers real ownership from day one, with the opportunity to:
* Build and develop your own client relationships
* Encourage referrals and contribute to business development
* Support and mentor junior team members
* Play a role in the continued growth of the department

About You
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3+ PQE (flexible)
* Strong experience across Wills, Probate, Trusts and LPAs
* Confident managing a full caseload independently
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* Commercially aware and motivated to grow your practice
* Experience using case management systems (desirable)
* STEP/SFE accreditation or interest in working towards (desirable)
