Your new role Joining a team of 4 including a hands-on manager, this is a very 'team centric' organisation where everyone contributes and holds responsibility for the success of the maintenance team. Hands on mechanical and electrical maintenance, they are open to all experience levels. The equipment processes a high volume of product daily and needs alert and hands-on problem solvers to join the team. The last 2 engineers we have placed with this company speak very highly of the role. What you'll need to succeed Ability and attitude trump qualifications in this role. If you can demonstrate hands-on maintenance ability in a production or processing environment or indeed a relatable area, then they are keen to speak to you about potentially joining the team. What you'll get in return Working from 7am to 4pm Monday to Friday for around £21 to £22 per hour. Work one Saturday in 4 and overtime is paid at time and a half. 28 days annual leave, some flexibility when needed and discounted products as a team member of this organisation.
