Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Housing Officer, based in Hertford with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The Housing Officer will be responsible for managing tenancy agreements, addressing anti-social behavior issues, and providing support to tenants. Daily tasks include liaising with tenants, monitoring housing services, and ensuring compliance with housing regulations to maintain a safe and supportive community.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in tenancy management and general housing management practices
* Strong understanding of anti-social behavior issues and relevant intervention methods
* Effective communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with tenants and stakeholders
* Experience or knowledge in supportive housing
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
* Familiarity with housing-related laws and regulations
* A professional qualification in housing or a related field is advantageous
