About The Job
As a Talent Acquisition Manager at Omaze, you will source, attract, and hire high-caliber candidates to support our growth. Collaborating with hiring managers, you'll ensure a smooth recruitment process aligned with our needs. This role suits an experienced recruiter with a background in scale-ups, especially in growth and marketing functions. You will lead recruitment efforts for key roles, drive strategy, and help build diverse, high-performing teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
* Work closely with hiring managers to understand needs and guide interview processes.
* Leverage sourcing techniques to build a strong candidate pipeline.
* Conduct CV reviews and coordinate interviews.
* Maintain recruitment records and provide analytics.
* Ensure compliance with employment laws.
About You
* Experience recruiting a variety of roles in high-growth environments, with a successful track record in sourcing top talent.
* Proven ability to fill roles across different levels and specialties.
* Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruitment tools.
* Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement.
* Ability to manage multiple roles efficiently.
* Strong organizational and confidentiality skills.
* Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
