Job Description
* Managing employee records and maintaining an up-to-date HR database.
* Assisting with recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screening.
* Supporting the management of employee benefits and compensation.
* Overseeing employee training and development initiatives.
* Assisting with internal and external HR related inquiries and requests.
* Coordinating employee performance review procedures.
* Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
* Contributing to the development of HR policies and practices.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Part-time HR should have:
* Relevant degree in Human Resources or similar field.
* Proficiency in HR management software and database systems.
