About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and resilient qualified Science Teacher to join our dedicated team at a specialist SEMH Behaviour School catering to students in Key Stages 3 and 4. This is a full-time position starting in September, ideal for a teacher who is committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated Science lessons to KS3 and KS4 students.
Use creative strategies to manage behaviour positively and effectively.
Foster a supportive and structured classroom environment.
Monitor, assess, and report on pupil progress.
Work collaboratively with the wider school team, parents/carers, and external agencies.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and relevant teaching experience.
Experience working with students with SEMH needs or in alternative provision (desirable but not essential).
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach.
A genuine passion for inclusive education and the ability to inspire and motivate young people.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
