About The Role

Key Responsibilities

* Acting Manager – Assume full Registered Manager duties where required, ensuring regulatory and operational compliance.
* Turnaround Support – Assess and implement action plans to improve underperforming homes, driving quality, compliance, and occupancy.
* Operational Oversight – Support managers and teams with care planning, medication, safeguarding and governance.
* Quality & Compliance – Lead audits, monitor outcomes and embed best practice to meet CQC standards.
* Financial & Business Management – Oversee budgets, resources, and occupancy strategies to ensure long-term sustainability.
* Staff Development – Coach, mentor and develop teams, fostering a positive culture and high staff morale.
* Stakeholder Engagement – Build strong relationships with residents, families, colleagues, local authorities and health professionals.

About You

Essential Skills & Experience

* Demonstrable success as a Registered Manager, ideally across multiple settings.
* Strong knowledge of CQC requirements and clinical governance.
* Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire.
* Financial and business acumen, with experience improving occupancy and reputation.
* Flexible and resilient, able to travel and embed yourself quickly into new environments.
