What is on offer to you?
1. Basic Salary £28,000 per year
2. Complete on target earnings of £40,000 per year
Are you an experienced property professional with a strong background in Estate Agency, Lettings, or Property Management? Do you have the leadership skills to inspire a team, build lasting client relationships, and drive business growth?
We are looking for an Assistant Operations Lead to join our growing PX-GC team, supporting the Operations Manager while playing a key role in developing new business, managing client relationships, and leading the sales team to deliver exceptional results.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with mid or senior-level experience in the property sector who is ready to take on a highly visible role within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Main purpose of the role
As a senior member of the team, you will work closely with the Operations Manager to drive performance, develop new opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners. You will also take responsibility for managing the office and team in the absence of the Operations Manager.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will balance strategic thinking with day-to-day operational management and sales delivery.
Key Responsibilities
3. Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients, working alongside the Operations Manager, Business Development Managers, and wider team.
4. Lead, mentor and motivate the sales team, ensuring targets and service standards are consistently achieved.
5. Support the Operations Manager in implementing strategies to improve team performance and operational efficiency.
6. Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive continued growth.
7. Represent the business at client meetings, presentations and industry events, always promoting the company professionally.
8. Deliver against sales targets across property sales and associated services.
9. Take responsibility for office leadership and operational management in the absence of the Operations Manager.
10. Contribute to senior leadership discussions, recognising industry trends and identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts.
11. Provide solutions to operational or client challenges, ensuring issues are addressed quickly and professionally.
Operational & Team Leadership
12. Ensure all internal systems are maintained with accurate records, documentation and clear communication trails.
13. Maintain high client service standards and service level agreements across the team.
14. Liaise with external suppliers and industry professionals, including RICS valuers and contractors.
15. Work collaboratively with the wider Part Exchange & Group Clients team to manage workloads and client expectations.
16. Manage your own sales pipeline and workload while supporting the wider team.
17. Support training and development across the team, sharing expertise and best practice.
18. Attend and contribute to senior team meetings, presenting business results when required.
What We’re Looking For
19. Experience within Estate Agency, Lettings, Property Sales or Property Management
20. Proven leadership or management experience
21. Strong track record of driving sales performance and business growth
22. Excellent relationship building and client management skills
23. Confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation abilities
24. Highly organised with strong attention to detail
25. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
