Overview
We are recruiting an Aftersales Advisor to support existing customers following service delivery. Based in Guildford, this temporary role focuses on post-service support, ensuring customers receive timely assistance, follow‑ups, and resolution to any outstanding queries. This role is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills who enjoys maintaining relationships and providing reassurance and support after a service has been completed.
Responsibilities
* Act as a point of contact for customers after services have been delivered.
* Handle follow‑up calls and emails to address queries, feedback, or concerns.
* Manage aftersales enquiries such as amendments, clarifications, and issue resolution.
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure outcomes are completed and communicated.
* Update customer records accurately and maintain detailed case notes.
* Ensure customer issues are followed through to completion in a timely manner.
* Escalate more complex concerns in line with internal procedures.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in an aftersales, customer service, or account support role.
* Confident communicator with a calm, empathetic, and professional approach.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases at once.
* Comfortable using customer databases and internal systems.
* Reliable, well‑organised, and able to commit to a temporary role in Guildford.
