Construction/Purchasing Administrator/Accounting Assistant
Location: Northampton
Salary: £25,000 + Pension + Holiday + Private Medical Insurance + Training

The Role:
1. Providing comprehensive office support including telephone, email, social media, and general administration duties.
2. Weekly payroll management: checking timesheets against vehicle trackers, entering data into master spreadsheets, and liaising with accounts regarding processing payments.
3. Generation and issuance of sub-contract orders.
4. Processing and managing purchase orders for engineering materials, components, and services.
5. Maintaining accurate purchasing records, supplier details, and procurement documentation.
6. Liaising with suppliers to confirm order details, lead times, and pricing.
The Person:
* Experience in bookkeeping/accounting.
* Experience with orders and maintaining purchasing records.
* Experience using Sage software.
* Must be commutable to Northampton.
