SEN Teaching Assistant – Immediate Start | Aylesbury | Full-Time

A fantastic Primary SEN School in Aylesbury is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their incredible team immediately.
This is a full-time position (Monday to Friday) supporting children with a range of additional needs, helping them develop confidence, independence, and essential life skills in a nurturing and supportive environment.
The Role
* Full-time position – 5 days per week
* Immediate start available
* Supporting primary-aged pupils with Special Educational Needs
* Working closely with teachers and therapists to deliver tailored support
* Assisting pupils with personal care when required
* Helping create a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment
What We're Looking For
Previous SEN experience within a school setting OR
Experience in support work, care work, residential care, youth work, or similar settings
A patient, resilient, and caring nature
Comfortable providing personal care support
A genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential
