We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Representative (NGS background) to expand our business across the UK and Ireland. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and prospecting new clients within biotech, biopharma, and pharmaceutical industries, utilising data mining techniques and market research. Location: Remote, UK based
Proactively identify and engage potential customers through online research, databases, and industry websites.
Utilize Excel and other data analysis tools to compare datasets, track prospects, and refine lead lists.
Conduct outbound cold calls and emails to introduce Novogene’s sequencing services to new clients.
Understand customer needs and effectively communicate how Novogene’s NGS and third-generation sequencing services can support their research and development goals.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute targeted outreach campaigns.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress using CRM tools.
Stay up-to-date with advancements in genomics, sequencing technologies, and industry trends.
MSc in Genomics, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field.
Experience in data mining from websites and databases to identify potential clients.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data comparison and analysis.
Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
Previous sales or customer-facing experience in life sciences is a plus.
Full training on Novogene’s sequencing services and sales processes.
