We are currently recruiting an experienced Coordinator for our head office in Enfield. This part-time role offers growth opportunities. The Coordinator will handle clerical tasks, recordkeeping, bookings, and assist the department manager.
Candidate Requirements
* Experience in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Highly organized and resourceful
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Key Duties
* Understanding of clerical procedures, recordkeeping, and filing systems
* Answering and fielding phone calls
* Handling parking/traffic speeding tickets and tracking driver penalties for payroll reports
* Running reports from the Telematics portal (training provided)
* Updating and entering invoice data into spreadsheets
* Adjusting trackers and driver fobs as needed
* Uploading information to the H&S portal
* Scheduling compliance inspections and appointments
* Managing meter reads for UK sites and H&S compliance
* Ensuring receipt of credit notes and missing invoices from suppliers
* Managing conferencing platform settings and updates
* Working independently to identify and solve problems
* Organizing and prioritizing workload effectively
