Pinnacle Group are looking for a diligent Grounds Maintenance Operative to ensure our outdoor spaces are well-maintained and visually appealing. You will be joining our Soft FM Grounds Maintenance teams who are based around the Reading area and travelling to sites across Berkshire and Buckinghamshire.Our Soft Facilities Management division delivers essential services to homes, schools, universities and public sector organisations – including housing providers and blue light authorities. We focus on creating clean, safe and welcoming environments, with a commitment to quality, community impact and customer care.Your responsibilities will include mowing lawns, trimming hedges, planting, weeding, and general landscape upkeep of housing sites (new builds, extra care sites and sheltered accommodation). A full UK Driving Licence will be essential.You will have a keen eye for detail, be physically fit, and possess a strong work ethic.
