The thriving team of Science, part of a busy department offering health, care, science, and sport, are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dynamic Full-Time Science lecturer. The role involves teaching primarily on Level 3 Forensic and Biomedical programmes, with opportunities to teach related subjects across the department. The successful candidate will contribute to the support and design of new curricula for 16-18 and Adult learning programmes.
The ideal candidate will have experience in teaching and assessing Level 3 BTEC Science, particularly forensic and/or biomedical science modules. Industry experience, teaching A level or T level, curriculum design, and delivery experience are advantageous. A science degree and a Level 5 teaching qualification are required. Candidates should demonstrate excellent teaching practices and the ability to deliver engaging lessons to support learners.
