Duties
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional manner.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
* Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
* Upsell products and services where appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
* Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve issues promptly.
* Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with customers.
* Analyse customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential.
* Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish; multilingual candidates are highly valued.
* Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to perform data entry with a high level of accuracy.
* Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs effectively.
* A proactive approach to upselling products based on customer requirements.
