With 195 pupils across Years 3 to 6, including a thriving Enhanced Resource provision for 16 children with EHCPs, our school is a place where every child is known, valued, and inspired.

Qualifications and Requirements
* Qualifications: Degree or equivalent, Qualified Teacher Status, Postgraduate Qualification, NPQH (Desirable)
* Experience: At least 3 years of senior management & leadership experience in a school; experience of inspection processes; relationship development with Governors and external stakeholders; strategic planning and budget management; understanding of current educational developments
* Skills: Stakeholder engagement; working across phases; developing leadership in others; pastoral care and data systems; maximising pupil progress; outstanding teaching and learning; curriculum design
* Personal attributes: Moral purpose; delegation and prioritisation; inclusive, inspirational leadership; strong communication and problem-solving; ability to build networks
* Special Requirements: Enhanced DBS check; full UK driving licence
