* FullProfit & Loss (P&L)responsibility for business operations
* Provideline managementacross all departments and functions

Essential Experience & Skills
* Proven experience within theaerospace industry
* Strong background inB2B and B2C salesat all levels
* Demonstrated success inP&L management
* Experience ininventory and warehouse operations
* Knowledge ofexport control requirements
* Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Desirable
* Advanced knowledge ofMicrosoft Office and productivity tools
* Experience withWarehouse Management Systems (WMS)
* Familiarity withdatabase systems and reporting tools (e.g. Crystal Reports)
