Job Summary
Physical Health Nurse Associate to complete annual physical health reviews including ECG and phlebotomy and provide health promotion. Liaise with agencies to improve the overall health of those with a first episode of Psychosis. Closing date: 16 June 2026.
Responsibilities
* Complete physical health reviews (ECG, phlebotomy, BMI, physical observations, lifestyle assessment)
* Provide health promotion
* Attend multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings and liaise with agencies to improve health
* Document outcomes and care planning
* Escalate concerns when necessary
Essential Qualifications
* Registered Nurse Associate
* Full driving licence and access to a car
* Experience in Physical Health
* Phlebotomy trained
Desirable Qualifications
* ECG trained
* Community experience
