The ideal candidate will be experienced in care home leadership, passionate about person‑centred support, and confident navigating safeguarding responsibilities and CQC compliance.
As Deputy Home Manager, you’ll support the Home Manager in overseeing the day‑to‑day running of the service, ensuring a safe, caring, and empowering environment for residents. You'll lead a team of care professionals and work closely with families and external agencies to maintain exceptional care standards.
