Role Overview - What is it?
This is a junior administer role within a busy team who are responsible for managing the day-to-day administration for a contract with the Ministry of Justice.
Main Duties - What needs to be done?
* You will assist in general admin functions as well as being responsible for providing updates and reports to your peers when required.
* There is a requirement to produce detailed excel spreadsheets and produce reports from the data.
* Answering general queries via telephone and email from both internal and external stakeholders.
* You will also monitor and order stock for different departments within the business.
* You will be responsible for sending all data to the Ministry of Justice via the secure email system.
* You will assist the MoJ Region Managers to produce reports, cross refence information, file/retrieve reports, produce MI for our stakeholders.
* Basic stock control of items supplied to our Supported Accommodation/MOJ contracts.

External - Landlord and Lettings Agents
Competencies - Who with and your skill level?
* Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Well organised.
* A basic understanding of data and producing reports.
* Able to work well under pressure.
* Good at multi-tasking.
* The ability to prioritise work.
* Good computer skills including Word and Excel.
* Able to work alone and part of a team.
* Basic knowledge of all administrative functions including answering the telephone, sending and replying to emails, producing spreadsheets, writing basic reports, learning to use our in-house contact reporting system.
* Methodical in approach to ensure everything is done accurately and comprehensively.
* Resilient and able deal with people who are complex and sometimes challenging.
* Keen to support colleagues and ensure business is working cohesively and to the same objectives.
* Keen on strong compliance culture
* Adaptability and being prepared to help out if circumstances require.
* Keen to lead by example.
