We are currently looking to add a Traffic Manager to our dynamic team, working across our B2B clients in the Industrial, Science and Technology sectors. Move is looking for a highly organised, enthusiastic and ambitious individual who is passionate about delivering long term projects, to become our new Traffic Manager. This person will help manage the organisation of all of the retainers within the agency, ensuring traffic between internal departments and clients goes smoothly and project deadlines are met. This person will be the champion of our project management platform - working primarily to ensure work gets delivered efficiently and to the highest possible standard, while also having an eye on workflow levels to ensure staff capacity is manageable. The role offers hybrid working with 2-3 days in our Manchester city centre office. What you’ll be doing:Managing workflow of projects across the agency internally using our project management platform, Teamwork, ensuring good traffic management in order to avoid backlog of projects within the business Proactively forward planning on capacity levels for the agency and our freelance partners, ensuring client retainer deadlines get met Supporting departmental managers with briefing and proofing of work Project administration, managing the flow of work back and forth from clients and the Move team and briefing in amendsA key player in the implementation of new processesOversee workflow, maintaining a bird’s eye view of the workload for the entire agency. As such, they can route work to keep the workload of different departments balanced and keep the whole team running smoothlyHelp Move’s clients to submit all the necessary information and then assigning the appropriate resources and people to the projectGoing over items, tasks, project phases and due datesReviewing timelines and schedule changes with departmental managersMonitoring tracked time and utilisation ratesHolding daily and weekly internal project status meetings to share progress and updatesWe’re looking for someone who:Has 3+ years’ experience working in agenciesHas an excellent level of organisationHas experience with managing multiple projects as once, with multiple departmental stakeholdersIs comfortable collaborating across multiple disciplines, coordinating timelines and hitting deadlinesIs a team player, with the ability to work with lots of different personalitiesExcellent time management and prioritisation skillsHas a pragmatic and adaptable approach to problem-solvingIs confident in decision-making Has expertise in communication and organisational skillsBenefits:Salary DOE Company bonus scheme 25 days holiday Generous training and development budget
