Work towards 6 apprenticeship starts per monthProactively generate leads through phone, email, LinkedIn, and networkingManaging accounts, spotting upsell opportunitiesContribute to proposal development and tender responsesDeliver high-quality customer experiencesBuild presence in the sector through networking events Account DirectorManaging a portfolio and delivering results. Taking full ownership of accounts, driving new business growth. Aim for 7 apprenticeship starts per monthBuild tailored acquisition strategies based on market research and insightManage a pipeline of prospects and strategic clientsCreate compelling proposals and support tender writingPartner with internal teams to co-create impactful solutionsAttending sector events and client meetings Senior Account DirectorStrategic leader/trusted advisor to high-value clients.
