Base pay range
$18.00/hr - $18.00/hr
* Starting pay is $18 / hour!
* This is a full time position offering a Monday-Friday schedule, hours are 11:00am-7:30pm!
The Concierge / Front Desk will manage the reception area and provide administrative support for the Business Office, Marketing, and the Executive Director. The Concierge will answer telephones promptly and professionally, direct calls to the appropriate team, greet incoming guests, accept deliveries, and provide administrative support for business services as needed. They will exemplify The Artis Way by modeling professional presentation and communication, and provide unparalleled hospitality to residents, guests, and team members.

Responsibilities include:
* Responding to residents' and family members' questions and concerns, sharing important information with relevant staff.
* Greeting and directing visitors professionally and helpfully.
* Answering incoming calls within three rings, triaging inquiries, transferring calls, or taking messages.
* Maintaining cleanliness of all business office areas, including community entrance, lobby, conference rooms, beverage stations, and restrooms.
* Organizing incoming mail and distributing it appropriately.
* Assisting with telephone inquiries and prospective resident inquiries, including call-back information.
* Providing administrative support to the Marketing team, including processing move-in paperwork, assisting with resident tours, and ordering marketing collateral.
* Maintaining community resource information, directories, and collateral to guide residents and families to in-house and local services.
* Observing safety, attendance, timeliness, house rules, teamwork, and resident service policies.
* Maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
* Adhering to infection prevention, OSHA, fire, and safety regulations to ensure safety and well-being.
* Performing other duties as requested.
Educational Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
