MTrec’s new career opportunity Our client are specialists in their market sector, they are now looking to recruit an Account Manager on a permanent basis. The Job you’ll do * Drive new business and drive respective profitable product developments, projects or services programs based on customer and market requirements. * Spots, drives and creates profitable and strategic opportunities for new business development and service portfolio solutions. * Completes technical analyses and supports proposal process at any stage, as part of the sales team. * Supports the business case for initial formal RFQ with Project Manager * Ensures technically proper and customer-oriented fulfilment of agreements and orders. * Point of contact to OEM in commercial matters. * Analyses the specific customer situation, and builds a sound network of stakeholders within Account organisation. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted technical advisor * Plans sales volumes and potential of all potential Key Accounts / OEM assigned. * Negotiates profitable proposals, in cooperation with the business Leadership. * Responsibility to ensure the RMA and ETZ are executed on time with support of the account specialist. * Prepare and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical issues and resolutions. * Generate regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback and market trends. * Contribute to the development of technical manuals, guides, and training materials. About You * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (desirable). * Minimum of 3 years experience in technical sales support, preferably in the automotive sector * Strong technical knowledge of emission control technologies and products. * Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools. * Ability to travel as need to support sale activities and customer engagements. * Ability to prioritise and deliver on customer requests. * Ability to work independently and intuitively and take lead in a team environment. * Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service. * Adaptability and willingness to learn innovative technologies and industry trends.
