Production operative
Location: Sittingbourne
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
⏰ Hours: Monday–Friday, variable shifts between 06:00–22:00
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
We are looking for a reliable Production / Machine Operative to join our clients production team. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for someone who wants long-term stability and career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitoring machinery that produces fruit purees
Filling puree products into barrels and tubs
Testing pH levels on sugar and puree batches
Ensuring products meet quality and safety standards
General warehouse duties as required
About You:
Must be able to drive due to site location
Able to work flexible shift times between 06:00 and 22:00
Good attention to detail and able to follow processes accurately
Bulgarian-speaking is advantageous but not essential
Previous production or machine operation experience is beneficial
