Key Responsibilites
* Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
* Enforce regulations and maintain safe sites—especially critical in live school environments.
* Liaise with clients (e.g. local authorities, school leaders), consultants, and project teams.
* Plan schedules, sequencing, and allocate labour/materials effectively.
