Working Hours - Monday - Friday 8:00 - 18:00 on a 4-week rotation for work-life balance (no late evenings). Saturday working 8:00 - 12:00 (Work from Home)

Salary and Benefits
* Salary - Starting at £23,874 with a dedicated Pathways programme to support progression to £26,304. There is also a generous monthly performance bonus and Employee of the Month opportunities for all.
* Annual Leave - Start with 24 days, increasing to 26 days with service. Public holidays apply, plus an extra day’s leave to celebrate your birthday.

Responsibilities
* Customer Support Administration– Maintain a customer-first ethos for internal and external customers. Activities include fines logging, payments and administration, resolving complaints and answering queries related to charges. Interactions are mainly via email or chat with limited telephony, leveraging written communication skills.
* Respond to customer needs, timely and accurately, to support our customers and operations.
