Duty Manager Ideal Profile:
* Comfortable leading from the front in a guest-facing, operational role
* Previous experience in hotel, pub, or bar management at a supervisory or duty level
* Confident with opening and closing procedures, including cashing up
* Calm and composed under pressure during busy service times
* Friendly, reliable and naturally great with both customers and team members
* Available to commit to a full-time seasonal contract with live-in accommodation
Duty Manager Responsibilities:
* Overseeing the daily running of the hotel's bar, restaurant, and reception areas
* Leading shifts and ensuring high standards of guest service throughout
* Supporting and directing junior team members during service
* Handling any guest issues or complaints with professionalism
* Assisting with cash handling, end-of-day reports, and locking up
* Supporting the senior management team as required across operations
