The Opportunity

An established and highly regarded London law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join its growing Dispute Resolution team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with at least 5 years' PQE who is looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and ambitious environment. The team acts for a broad range of clients including businesses, property owners, entrepreneurs, high-net-worth individuals and private clients across a wide variety of contentious matters.

The successful candidate will enjoy a diverse caseload, significant client contact and the opportunity to work closely with experienced partners on complex and high-value disputes.

The Role

The successful candidate will be involved in advising on:

• Commercial and contractual disputes
• Shareholder and partnership disputes
• Property litigation matters
• Professional negligence claims
• Debt recovery and enforcement proceedings
• Contentious probate disputes
• Injunctions and emergency relief applications
• Alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and settlement negotiations

About You

Applicants should be able to demonstrate:

• A minimum of 5 years' PQE gained within a recognised litigation practice
• Experience managing a broad litigation caseload
• Strong knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills
• Strong commercial awareness
• A client-focused approach
• The ability to work independently whilst contributing to a collaborative team environment
• An interest in business development and networking activities
