As the resident Optometrist, your role will involve a mixture of routine eye care, enhanced clinical services, and ongoing patient management. Day-to-day responsibilities will include: Conducting comprehensive eye examinations Managing enhanced clinical and IP-related cases Providing contact lens appointments and aftercare Advising patients on eye health and treatment plans Working closely with Dispensing Opticians and support teams Managing referrals and follow-up care where appropriate Maintaining accurate and compliant patient records Supporting patients through their full clinical journey Building strong long-term relationships with patients The practices place a strong emphasis on patient-centred care, clinical autonomy, and professional development.
