Your Role:
As the Conference & Meeting Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating revenue through proactive sales, building strong client relationships, and coordinating seamless event execution in collaboration with our operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive sales for conferences, meetings, and group events through proactive outreach and account management.
* Respond to inquiries, create proposals, and convert leads into confirmed business.
* Work closely with clients to understand their needs and tailor event solutions.
* Collaborate with internal teams (Events, F&B, Operations) to ensure smooth planning and execution.
* Achieve sales targets while ensuring excellent guest satisfaction and repeat business.
* Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and site inspections.
* Maintain accurate sales reporting, forecasts, and CRM records.
What We’re Looking For:
* 3–5 years of experience in conference, meetings, or group sales within the hospitality industry.
* Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Strong client relationship and negotiation skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
* Experience with hotel sales systems (e.g., Delphi, Opera, or similar).
* Self-motivated, team-oriented, and highly organised.
* Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
