Job Title: Waste & Recycling Advisor\n\nLocation: Newham\n\nRate: £14.80 hour\n\nTerm: 3 week campaign\n\nAre you passionate about sustainability and making a positive impact in your community? We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Waste & Recycling Advisor to join our team in East Ham on a temporary basis. If you're ready to help drive change and promote eco-friendly practises, we want to hear from you!\n\nPlease be aware this role is knocking on the doors of residents to inform them of changes to their waste services.
You will be visiting flats above shops so will be using stairs for each property\n\nThis is a 3 week campaign, there will be a further 3 week campaign in April regarding further changes to food waste collection\n\nWhat You'll Do:\n\nProvide expert advice on waste management and recycling practises.\nEngage with the community to raise awareness about sustainability initiatives.\nConduct workshops and presentations to educate residents on effective recycling.\nCollaborate with local organisations to enhance recycling programmes.\nMonitor waste disposal and recycling rates, offering solutions for improvement.What We're Looking For:\n\nA passion for the environment and sustainability.\nStrong communication skills and a friend...
