A poultry farming company based in Lincoln is looking for an Assistant Farm Manager to help ensure the efficient operation of Broiler farm. The ideal candidate will have experience in a poultry farm and a Level 2 / 3 Poultry Passport Qualification. This role requires good communication skills, flexibility, and a proactive attitude. The Assistant Farm Manager will assist in training staff and maintain farm operations, working 48 hours a week across a 5 from 7 shift pattern.
