Baseball and softball in the UK stand at a pivotal moment.
We are seeking an outstanding Chief Executive Officer to lead Baseball Softball UK through structural reform, organisational integration and long-term growth by establishing a single, integrated, modern and financially resilient National Governing Body for both sports.
With Great Britain’s men’s baseball and women’s fast pitch softball teams on genuine qualification pathways towards the Los Angeles 2028 Summer Olympics, and a shared ambition to unify the national domestic structure of the sports, this is a rare opportunity to lead meaningful transformation at the highest level.
This is more than a CEO appointment. It is a chance to shape the future of two Olympic sports in the United Kingdom.
