Field Technician
We are looking to recruit IT Field Engineers to join our team in the Republic of Ireland. You will need to qualify for Garda clearance to work for us and be willing to travel to customer sites and to our head office in Dublin when required.

We want to hear from you if you have:
* Experience assisting with the installation of equipment and materials using current contract manuals and procedural documents, ensuring quality and timeliness under the guidance of the Project Lead Engineer / Field Engineer.
* Technical support experience for installed solutions, including break/fix support.
* Experience escalating issues to Problem Management for ongoing incidents.
* Ability to review open incidents daily, manage workflow, and close cases efficiently.
* Ideally, IP experience and knowledge of network infrastructure products and PCs.
