What will you be doing?
Your responsibilities as a merchandiser will include:
* Working in the field on a daily basis.
* Supporting the business to ensure our products are displayed according to company guidelines, promotional activities, and seasonal trends.
* Managing the handling and displaying of all materials.
* Taking photos of our products within the store.
* Maintaining a high level of product and service knowledge.
* Upholding company values of customer service and satisfaction.
* Assisting in sales of the products through visual merchandising and offering advice to customers on maximizing sales.
What does the ideal candidate have?
The ideal candidate for a merchandiser should have:
* Initiative, enthusiasm, and self-motivation.
* A smart and professional appearance.
* A full clean driving license. (van will be provided)
What can you expect from us?
In return, we offer a basic salary plus uncapped commission, with estimated OTE earnings of up to £30,000 per annum.
Other company benefits include a company van, iPad, pension, cost price handsets, accessories, and SIMs, time off over Christmas, additional annual leave after 2 years of service, training days, and an annual party.
