Chef de Partie - Immediate Start! Blue Arrow is currently recruiting experienced Chef de Parties to join our team, supporting a variety of clients across sectors including education, healthcare, and commercial catering. If you're passionate about food, thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, and have a strong eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you. Pay Rate: £14.00 - £18.00 per hour (dependent on location) Hours: Monday to Sunday - Varied shifts and hours based on client needs Contract Type: Ongoing temporary DBS Requirement: Enhanced DBS - required for some clients. Certification: Food Safety Level 2 required for all clients. Key Responsibilities : Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes in line with client specifications Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations Managing a specific section of the kitchen efficiently Ensuring food hygiene and health & safety standards are maintained Assisting with stock control and inventory management Training and mentoring junior kitchen staff when required Requirements : Minimum 1 year's experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role Food Safety Level 2 certificate (essential) Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one) Strong knowledge of food hygiene and allergen regulations Ability to work under pressure and adapt to different kitchen environments Reliable, punctual, and a team player Why Work With Blue Arrow?
