NetSuite System Administrator - Kingswinford, West Midlands - Salary Range £45,000 - £50,000 per annum

If you thrive on optimising systems, solving challenges, and empowering users, we'd love for you to join our growing Group Systems team as our new NetSuite System Administrator!
Reporting to our Head of Group Systems, and based at our HQ in the West Midlands, you'll be at the heart of our international operations, ensuring our NetSuite environment runs smoothly and efficiently.

What you’ll do as our NetSuite System Administrator:
* Handle user queries, providing friendly and effective 1st and 2nd line support to keep everyone productive.
* Be a trusted partner to our end users, understanding their needs and empowering them to get the most out of NetSuite.
* Unravel technical queries, performing basic troubleshooting and implementing effective resolutions.
* Create and maintain insightful saved searches that provide valuable business intelligence.
* Shape our workflows, designing and maintaining automated processes that streamline operations and boost efficiency.
* Collaborate with our valued software providers, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
* Get involved in a variety of exciting projects, contributing your NetSuite expertise to drive innovation.
* Use your NetSuite customisation skills, tailoring the system to deliver tangible business process improvements.

What you will bring:
* A proven track record of success in a similar IT role, demonstrating your ability to manage and support complex systems.
* You MUST possess proven hands-on NetSuite experience, including the ability to confidently navigate customisations, create powerful saved searches, and build effective workflows.
* You will have experience with NetSuite Field Service Management (FSM) and understand its potential to enhance our service delivery.
* Demonstrate solid functional knowledge of core business processes within the sales and distribution industry.
* You are a natural communicator with strong interpersonal skills, capable of explaining technical concepts clearly and building positive relationships.
* Your analytical and problem-solving skills are sharp, allowing you to diagnose issues effectively and implement robust solutions.
* You're proficient in Excel and comfortable manipulating data.
Bonus points if you bring:
* Familiarity with Celigo Integrator IO.
* Experience with Microsoft BI and/or Zone Reporting.
* NetSuite certifications that showcase your expertise.
* A relevant Degree, preferably IT or Computing that provides a strong foundation for your technical skills.
