One of the UKs top 10 Wealth Management firms are seeking an experienced Administrator to join their Glasgow office.
Providing administrative support to Wealth Planners daily duties will include;
* dealing with any administrative work for clients and ensuring all client data provided is recorded on back office system
* Process new business applications
* Obtain valuations
* Prepare meeting packs
* Support the Planner’s workflow by efficient co-ordination of central services
* Prepare and submit CDD and new account paperwork for client onboarding
* Arrange client meetings and manage the Wealth Planners diaries
* Prepare letters of authority for signing
* Be a point of contact for clients
To apply for this role you will ideally have previous Administration experience within a Wealth Management business as well as having an understanding of different pension and investment products, used a range of provider platforms and back office systems.
