In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing around 16 stores within a defined geographical region. You will inspire and lead a team of results focused Store Managers to drive our strategy and business goals. This role is about working collaboratively with your leaders, analysing performance and creating and implementing strategies to increase sales, profitability and building brand awareness within our communities. As a Regional Operations Manager you will bring strong leadership and commercial acumen, supporting your Store Managers to consistently achieve objectives, implement change, reduce waste, and identify growth opportunities. You'll also help develop internal talent pipelines and ensure outstanding store performance. You will regularly engage with field operations and business leaders to set individual and store targets for success.
