WE NEED YOU TO:
1. Ensure service standards are consistently met in your store, through regular team motivation, training and development
2. Be a mentor for your team by demonstrating service standards and leading by example
3. Ensure store and company sales targets are consistently achieved by setting and monitoring these for your store and team
4. Regularly monitor your teams’ KPIs and performance, putting plans in place for further development as and when needed alongside the store manager
5. Ensure operational objectives of the store and company are upheld and maintained
6. Ensure all policies and procedures are consistently maintained through high standards of compliance at all times
7. Regularly update the store manager on trade and team performance
8. Support your manager with recruitment and onboarding talent for your store, whilst working with the HR talent team
9. Maintain a high-performance team through regular one- to-one meetings
10. Build and maintain excellent customer relationships for repeat business
11. Support the store manager to maintain staff rotas, remaining reactive to trading patterns, Christmas & sales
12. Monitor and manage stock deliveries
13. Work with head office merchandising team to ensure restock accuracy
14. Coordinate store stock take and maintain stock accuracy standards
15. Organise and execute impactful store promotions to boost overall sales for store
16. Protect the Kurt Geiger brands and ensure all team members meet personal presentation standards and policies
17. Ensure your team maintains excellent visual presentation of store which is consistent with company/VM guidelines
18. Keep up to date with new fashion trends
19. Be an ambassador for your team and store
Requirements
20. Previous retail management experience
21. Strong understanding of fashion trends and brands
22. Possess a strong sense of leadership
23. Excellent communication skills
24. Ability to stay composed during stressful situations
25. Ability to create and sustain great relationships
26. Experience in setting team targets and driving sales
27. To be immaculately presented and representative of the brand
