Part-Time Credit Control Job – Wimborne, Near Bournemouth – Dorset Your new company : You will be joining a successful, family-run business based in Wimborne, Dorset. Your new role : Working in a small finance team, alongside one another credit controller, your duties and responsibilities will include: Running credit checks on new customers, and monitoring existing customers against agreed credit limits Following up on overdue invoices and collecting outstanding debts Working closely with other departments to resolve invoice-related queries and disputes Building positive working relationships with customers, while still ensuring that payments are collected in line with terms Putting in place payment plans if required Accurately maintaining customer records Producing aged debt reports Providing assistance and cover in other areas of the finance team as required What you'll need to succeed : You will have experience of working in a similar credit control / sales ledger / accounts receivable job. You will be confident talking to customers about overdue payments and be able to build excellent working relationships at all levels. Your strong attention to detail will be required for reporting and to keep customer records updated and accurate.
