Location: Hove - 1 day working from their London office
We are recruiting on behalf of a growing mortgage company that is known for delivering tailored mortgage advice and outstanding customer service. They are now seeking an experienced Mortgage Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting mortgage advisors, handling documentation, liaising with lenders and clients, and ensuring applications progress efficiently from submission through to completion.
Duties for a Mortgage Administrator include:
- Being the main point of contact with our clients
- Provide full administrative support to brokers/advisers
- Manage cases from application through to completion
- Liaise with clients, lenders, solicitors, and third parties
- Collect and upload client documentation within required deadlines
- Ensure all files meet compliance and FCA standards
- Maintain accurate records on CRM systems
- Assist with additional administrative duties when required
Experience/Skills needed to join as a Mortgage Administrator:
- Previous experience in a mortgage administration role is required
- Comfortable managing multiple cases and working to deadlines
- Be happy to be fully office based in Hove with one day in their London office
