We are looking for a strategic, hands-on sales leader to shape the future of a high-growth brand at the intersection of home, lifestyle, and responsible consumerism.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a market-leading consumer brand renowned for its innovative and sustainable products, now entering an accelerated growth phase across the UK and European markets.
As Sales Director, you will lead commercial strategy and execution across both online and bricks-and-mortar retail, managing key accounts while building new partnerships with premium and high-end retailers.
You will play a pivotal role in steering the omnichannel growth strategy, including the successful launch of a new product range, and be a core member of the senior leadership team.
Experience needed:
* Extensive experience in business development and account management, with a proven ability to drive commercial growth in omnichannel environments — from traditional retail to eCommerce and D2C.
* A track record of managing and expanding strategic partnerships with both UK and European retail accounts, ideally within the home furnishings or lifestyle goods categories.
* The commercial instinct to develop and execute sales plans that align to category trends, promotional cycles, and customer journeys across multiple sales channels.
* Deep understanding of category dynamics, particularly within premium homeware, interiors, or wellness-related consumer products.
* A data-informed and insight-led approach to sales leadership, including experience working cross-functionally with product, supply chain and marketing teams.
* Strong EQ and a leadership style that thrives in entrepreneurial, purpose-led environments.
